1.1 Scope of Agreement

1.3 Relationship with Other Policies

These terms must be read together with winbd 18's Privacy Policy and other applicable documents including the Responsible Gaming policy. What is stated in those documents is also considered part of this agreement.

2.1 Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account:

1. The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
2. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
3. A person may open only one account.
4. The applicant must be a resident of Bangladesh.
5. An active mobile number must be provided at the time of registration.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

winbd 18 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. If a copy of the National ID (NID) or passport is requested, it must be submitted within the specified time. Failure to provide the required information may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, the same mobile number, or the same device is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3.1 Protection of Login Credentials

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Never share this information with any third party. winbd 18 will never ask for your password via phone or message.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you believe that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, notify the winbd 18 support team immediately. winbd 18 will not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions on an account if they occur due to the member's own negligence.

3.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

The member is responsible for all activity that takes place on the account. Even if someone uses your account without your permission, winbd 18 is under no obligation to reverse those transactions.

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited into winbd 18 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Funds must be sent only from the registered mobile number or a verified bank account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawn funds will be sent only to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For security reasons, additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal requests. winbd 18 reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning in that example the wagering requirement would be ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

1. Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless a specific offer states otherwise.
2. Withdrawal is not permitted before the wagering requirement assigned to a bonus has been met.
3. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly without being wagered.
4. A bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or device.
5. Any bonus not used within its specified validity period will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 Changes to Promotional Offers

6.1 Betting Limits

winbd 18 sets minimum and maximum bet amounts for each game or event. These limits may be changed at any time. It is the member's responsibility to check the applicable limits before placing a bet.

6.2 Finalisation of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. If a bet is confirmed incorrectly due to a technical error, winbd 18 reserves the right to cancel it.

6.3 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. The result produced by the winbd 18 system is final. In the event of any technical malfunction, winbd 18 reserves the right to make a decision.

6.4 Sports Betting

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or circumstances change, winbd 18 will settle bets according to its stated policy. Bets will be settled after the official result of the match is announced.

7.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Conducting transactions using another person's payment method.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another person's account.

7.2 Technical Abuse

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal location.

7.3 Money Laundering

winbd 18 is committed to preventing money laundering in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

8.1 Suspension by winbd 18

winbd 18 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request the closure of their own account by contacting the support team. All valid pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.
